    Seems that this is how it works:

    [SiteAccessSettings]
    PathPrefix=dir

    old url: www.ez.no/dir/subdir/some_content
    new url: www.ez.no/subdir/some_content

    [SiteAccessSettings]
    PathPrefix=dir/subdir/

    old url: www.ez.no/dir/subdir/some_content
    new url: www.ez.no/some_content


    But seems that you loose the ability to navigate to the user and media sections from the siteaccess you use this on:

      3.6.9 (stable/3.6 rev. 16344),
      3.7.7 (stable/3.7 rev. 16343),
      3.8.2 (stable/3.8 rev. 16345),
      3.9.0alpha1 (trunk rev. 16346).

      Added PathPrefixExclude[] setting
