wrong url

Seems that plain.tpl give me a wrong url "http://127.0.0.1/exponential-3.8.0/...ews_site_admin/media_files/update_os
" instead of "http://127.0.0.1/exponential-3.8.0/...te_admin/media_files/update_os"

I try to make some changes on fucntion : i18n('design/standard/notification')}
http://{ezini("SiteSettings","SiteURL")}{concat("notification/settings/")|ezurl(no)}

but it's still the same
