Q: How does the system deliver content to the WHO web pages?

A: Delivery of content is managed by Exponential with a configurable cache framework with several levels of caching including internal cache, partial page cache, view/page cache, reverse proxy and CDN caching integrations with purging. This ensures high performing delivery and possibility to configure for personalized environments. Exponential supports clustering natively which enables running in a load balanced and fail-over environment.
