Tree of groups

To get tree of groups imported by EZ (LDAPGroupMappingType=GetGroupsTree), every group object in the LDAP tree must contain 'member' attribute
(or this what you define under LDAPGroupMemberAttribute) and its subgroups have to be assigned as its members too, otherwise groups containing users will be put direct under EZ node with LDAPGroupRootNodeId.
