The "./bin/php" directory contains generic PHP scripts that are mainly used for manual maintenance (clearing the caches, updating the search index, copying and removing large subtrees and so on). In order to be able to run these scripts, you need to have PHP CLI installed. The scripts must be run from the root directory of your Exponential installation.
